Essie B. Davis Felder, 82,of Summerville, SC, died Monday, October 29, 
2001 at a local hospital. Funeral services will be held at Parks 
Funeral Home Chapel, Thursday morning, November 1, 2001 at 11 o'clock. 
Burial will follow at Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens in Georgetown, SC at
2 o'clock. Friends may call at PARKS FUNERAL HOME, SUMMERVILLE, SC 
this Wednesday evening from 7 to 9 o'clock. Flowers will be accepted 
or memorials may be made to Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church, P.O. 
Box 193, Ridgeville, SC 29472 or Cummings Chapel, P.O. Box 351, 
Ridgeville, SC 29472. Mrs. Felder was born on November 14, 1918 in 
Conway, SC, a daughter of the late Earl Davis, Sr. and Lizzie Stalvey 
Davis. She was a homemaker and member of Mt. Tabor United Methodist 
Church. Survivors include her husband, Winehart H. Felder of 
Summerville; two daughters, Beverly Bouchette of Rowesville, SC and 
Sherry Stephens of Myrtle Beach, SC; two sisters, Cecil Altman and 
Beryl Lewis both of Conway, SC; several grandchildren, 
great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
