Funeral services will be held at Ridge Baptist Church on Thursday afternoon, October 11, 2001, at 12 noon. Burial will be held at Plantation Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at PARKS FUNERAL HOME, SUMMERVILLE, S.C., this Wednesday evening from 6 to 9 o'clock and at the church one hour prior to service. Mr. Driggers was born on November 26, 1919, in Summerville, a son of the late Charlie and Nattie Driggers. He was a retired carpenter for Carolina Ladder. he was a member of Ridge Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Florence Burbage Driggers of Summerville; daughter, Gerri Laws of Summerville; two sons, Phillip Driggers, Jr., of Summerville, and Raymond Driggers of Jacksonville, Fla.; sister, Nattie Lee Owens of Summerville; brother, Czernie Driggers of Summerville; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
