Steve Randolph DeLoach, U.S. Army Ret., 57, of Goose Creek died Friday at his home. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday in Riverview Cemetery, directed by Carolina Memorial Funeral Home. Born in Charleston, he was the son of Willie Mack DeLoach and Lillie Hanshaw DeLoach Douglas. Mr. DeLoach served two hours of duty in Vietnam. He was a Paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne and served in the Special Forces. He was a member of the American Legion and the V.F.W.Survivors include his mother of Goose Creek; daughters, Sabrina R. DeLoach of Ridgeville and Tina Marie DeLoach of Charleston; sisters, Ida Boyd of Goose Creek, Kathy E. Croucher of Papillion, Nebraska, Sandra Hammond of Hanahan, and Martha Gail Christie of Kannapolis, N.C.; brothers, William R. DeLoach of North Charleston, Carl R. DeLoach of Jacksonville, Fla., Jarrell R. DeLoach, Gilbert W. Douglas, and Gary A. Douglas all of Goose Creek and Kenneth Still of Alabama; grandchildren, Samantha Bumgarner and Katrina Bumgarner.The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday at the Funeral Home.
