He was in the South Carolina Army National Guard. He was a member of Salem Baptist Church.Surviving are, his mother, Marjorie Alexander of Summerville; father, James Eric Dailey of West Virginia; sister, Miranda Kay Dailey of Summerville; maternal grandmother, Myra Ann Haigler Alexander of Summerville; paternal grandmother, Shirley Newsome of West Virginia; maternal great-grandmother, Isadora Burbage Alexander of Summerville; three aunts, two uncles, and 13 cousins.He was predeceased by his grandfathers, Ralph Milton Alexander, Sr., and Woodrow Dailey.
