Cannon, 67, widow of George E. Cannon, Sr., died Sunday, October 28, 2001 at her residence. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 31, 2001 at 11:00 a.m. in Graham Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens. She was born September 16, 1934 in Lake City, a daughter of the late Culey Shelly McCutcheon and Hattie Yarborough McCutcheon. She attended Lakewood Baptist Church and was a member of the Violet Long Sunday School class. She was a homemaker and enjoyed painting and gardening as her hobbies. Surviving are two sons, George E. Cannon, Jr. of Hampton and Timothy A. Cannon of Georgetown; one brother, Carvin McCutcheon of Lake City; one sister, Felicia M. Baldwin of Florence; three grandchildren, Nathan, Jeremy and Clay Cannon all of Hampton and a number of nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
