(Published Oct 3, 2001) BUERO, SR., William The relatives and friends of Mr. & Mrs. William Augustine Buero, Sr., are invited to attend the Memorial Services of the former in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., GREENRIDGE ROAD CHAPEL this (Thursday) at 12:00 noon. Friends may visit one hour prior to service. Interment will be at a later time. Mr. Buero was born August 28, 1920 in Charleston, South Carolina, the son of George and Mary Buero. During World War II he served his country as a 2nd Class Motor Machinist Mate in the U.S. Coast Guard and then later served in the U.S. Navy from 1948 until 1953. He was a Catholic and a retired carpenter and millwright and was a member of the Southeast Carpenters Union. He is survived by his wife of Hanahan, SC, one son, William Augustine Buero, Jr. of Moncks Corner, SC; one brother, Harold Buero of Charleston, SC; one sister, Alma B. Caines of Summerville, SC; two granddaughters, Christina Elizabeth Buero of Charleston AFB and Stephanie Danielle Buero of Moncks Corner, SC.
