She was predeceased by her husband Richard Baldwin. Mrs. Baldwin was retired from the food service department at the Citadel. She was a member of Gethsemane Baptist Church. She is survived by two daughters, Mary Lilienthal and Mildred Baldwin both of Charleston, SC, six grandchildren, Shelton Baldwin of Columbia, SC, Denise Baldwin and Tonetta Baldwin of Charleston, SC, Ruth Lilienthal and Erica Lilienthal of Charleston, SC and Malcolm Lilienthal of San Diego, California, and 11 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be on Wednesday, October 17, 2001 from 6 to 8 p.m. at McAlister-Smith Funeral Home, Downtown Chapel, 150 Wentworth Street, Charleston, SC. Services will be on Thursday, October 18, 2001 at 1 p.m. Gethsemane Baptist Church, 180 Romney St., Charleston, SC. Rev. Herbert Harvey officiating. Burial immediately following services will be in Mt. Pleasant Memorial Gardens, Mathis Ferry Road, Mt. Pleasant, SC.
