Mrs. Auld was born September 7, 1926 a daughter of Martha Lou White Tyree and the late Marion Clifton Tyree in Whiteville, NC. She retired as a bookkeeper with W.A. Hunt Construction Company. Mrs. Auld is survived by her mother of Whiteville, NC, 2 daughters: Jean A. Pairis and Judy A. Howell both of Chesapeake, VA, a sister: Mary Alice Hunt of Charleston and four grandchildren: Kelly P. Kram of Milwaukie, OR and David E. Howell, Jr., M. Scott Howell and C. Ryan Pairis all of Chesapeake, VA. She is predeceased by 2 sisters: Orene T. Mercer and Annette T. Willetts. The relatives and friends of Mrs. Dorothy T. Auld are invited to attend her memorial service at 3:00 p.m. Monday, October 8, 2001 at the JAMES A. MCALISTER CHAPEL, 1620 SAVANNAH HWY.
