Mr. Breeze was born in Hasbrouck Heights, N.J., on November 11, 1914, a son of the late Joseph Park Breeze and Louise Rosina Klopfer Breeze. He served in the Army National Guard with the 1020th Mechanized Calvary. Mr. Breeze retired in 1979 as Executive Vice President for Administration for Georgetown Steel Corp. Mr. Breeze was a communicant of Prince George, Winyah, Episcopal Church and had served his church as Senior Warden and Vestryman. He was a member of the Winyah Indigo Society. Mr. Breeze was active in the Georgetown Community. He was a past chairman of the City of Georgetown Board of Adjustment, a past president of the Georgetown County Chamber of Commerce, and a past president of the Georgetown United Way. Mr. Breeze was former member of the Rotary Club of Georgetown and the Propeller Club. He was also a past director of the S.C. Chamber of Commerce and had been active in the Boy Scouts. Surviving are, his wife, France Marie Robischon Breeze of Georgetown; and two sons, Joel P. Breeze of Eugene, Ore., and Christopher J. Breeze of Martinsburg, W.Va. Funeral services will be Monday morning at 10 o'clock in Prince George, Winyah, Episcopal Church. Officiating will be the Rev. Paul C. Fuener. Burial will follow in the Churchyard under the direction of the Georgetown Chapel of MAYER FUNERAL HOME. The family will receive friends in the Church Parish Hall immediately following the committal service. The family suggests memorials to Hospice of Georgetown County, Inc., 2591 N.
