Taylor, Mr. Melvin Bailey (Nora), Mr. Frances Bailey (Annabell), Mrs. Catherine M. Washington, and Mrs. Mildred Gibbs (Solomon), grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Viewing for Mr. Bailey will be at the WILLIAM M.
