The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 tonight in Fred Parker Funeral Home, Walterboro. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home with burial in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, Walterboro. Mrs. Owens was born Aug. 4, 1926, in Richard City, Tenn., a daughter of Frank Jarrett and Flora Loving Jarrett. She was a member of First Baptist Church and Order of the Eastern Star. She was a former Girl Scout leader. Surviving are a daughter, Cheryl O.
