The funeral will be at 6 p.m., this Sunday evening at the graveside in Biggin Cemetery, Moncks Corner. Burial, directed by DIAL-MURRAY FUNERAL HOME, MONCKS CORNER, will follow. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the Moncks Corner United Methodist Church, 200 N. Live Oak Drive, Moncks Corner, S.C. Mrs. Guerry was born August 1, 1920, in Saluda, S.C., a daughter of Oscar Cleveland Shealy and Luda Derrick Shealy. She is the widow of J.C. Guerry, Sr. Mrs. Guerry is a member of the Moncks Corner United Methodist Church. She was the first headmaster of Lord Berkeley Academy and a former guidance counselor for the public school system. She retired after 40 years in the public school system. She was a charter member of the Moncks Corner - Pinopolis Book Club and she was an avid bridge player. Mrs. Guerry was also a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. Mrs. Guerry was a graduate of Newberry College and received a master's in counseling from the University of S.C. Surviving are, a daughter, Cecile Ann "Cecy" Guerry of Pinopolis; two sons, John C. Guerry, Jr., of Moncks Corner, and Joseph W.
