Kathy Washington Grant, 43, of Huger, S.C., and wife of Mr. Kenneth Grant, Sr., 
died Tuesday, May 15, 2001. The funeral will be held on Saturday, May 19, 2001, at 2 p.m. at 
Zion U.M. Church, Huger, S.C. Burial, directed by SCOTT'S MORTUARY, will be in Cedar Hill 
Cemetery, Huger, S.C. Mrs. Grant was born December 5, 1957, in Harlem, N.Y., a daughter of the 
late Walter Washington and Earline Butler. Survivors include, her husband, Mr. Kenneth Grant, 
Sr.; her children, Mr. Kenneth Q. Grant, Jr., Ms. Iesha Washington, all of Huger, S.C.; her 
brothers and sister, Rev. Calvin Washington of Charleston, S.C., Mr. Bernard Washington of New 
York, and Ms. Charlene Washington of Huger, S.C.
