C.E. Thomas and the Rev. James Wiley officiating. Burial will be at 2 p.m. at Refuge Baptist Church Cemetery in Kershaw County. Mrs. Boone, 76, died Wednesday, May 9, 2001 at Chester County Nursing Center. Born in Kershaw County on March 12, 1925, she was the daughter of the late James Branham and the late Iva (Cook) Branham. Mrs. Boone, a homemaker, attended Kershaw County schools and was a member of Great Falls Church of God. She was the widow of Clennie Cleo Boone. Survivors include a son, Wayne Boone of Lancaster; a daughter, Faye Carter of Rock Hill; three brothers, James Branham of Andrews and H.B. Branham and Curtis Branham, both of Westville; two sisters, Betty Thompson and Annie Ruth Young, both of Westville; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6-7:30 p.m. Friday at Dantzler-Baker Funeral Home and other times at the home of her daughter, 1859 Huntington Place, Rock Hill.
