King Street in Westminster, husband of Annie Lee Jones Watt, died May 2, 2001 at Oconee Memorial Hospital. Born in Clayton, Georgia,he was the son of the late Jess and Ila Justice Watts. He was a self-employed carpenter and attended Westminster Church of God. In addition to his wife, survivors include seven sons, Johnny Hubert Watts of Clayton, Bobby and Billy Ray Watts, both of Seneca, Thomas, Don Allen, Hoyt Lee, and Doyle Watts, all of Westminster; six ughters, Angie Sutherland of Of Seneca, Kaye Holbrooks and Linda Entrekin, both of Westminster, Vickie Robertson of Anderson, Patsy Deal and June Hume, bothof Toccoa, Ga., a step-son, Gene Hodgin of Westminster; a granddaughter, Lotosha Watts of the home; two brothers, Lewis Watts of Hickory, North Carolina and Calvin Watts of Athens, Ga.; a sister, Evelyn Kilby of Clayton; 26 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Mr. Watts was preceded in death by a son, Curtis Watts; four brothers J.C., Donald, Clois, and Ruben Watts; and a sister Robie Ledford. Funeral services were held Friday at the Westminster Chuch of God, conducted by theReverends Cordell Godwin and Brian Bellotte. Burial followed in Heritage Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to Westminster Church of God, 114 North Hampton Street, Westminster, 29693.
