The Prayers of Final Commendation and Farewell will be held at St. Joseph Cemetery, Tontiton, Ark., at a later date. Friends may call at Stuhr's Greenridge Road Chapel, one hour prior to service. Mrs. Lewis was born February 20, 1924, in Pen Argyl, Pa. the daughter of Casper Grohotolsky and Hattie Hirschbeck Grohotolsky. She was a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church. She attended school in Pen Argyl, Pa., graduate of Pennsylvania School of Practical Nursing and H.R. Block Tax School where she retired as a tax preparer for Irwins Tax Service. She is survived by a son, Robert Shane Lewis of North Charleston , S.C.; a daughter, Kathleen L. Boyette of Hanahan, S.C., and two grandchildren.
