Services will be at noon Thursday in Mt. Nebo Baptist Church with burial in the Williams Cemetery in Yemassee. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 tonight in the chapel of Young Funeral Home in Yemassee. Mr. Williams was born May 24, 1953, in Colleton County, and was a son of Sam and Virginia Chisolm Williams. He was a 1971 graduate of Walterboro High School and was employed by Ray Construction Co. of Columbia. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Marion Williams and Kenneth Williams. Survivors include his mother of Yemassee; two sons, Charley Williams Jr. of Kentucky and Dedrick Williams of Yemassee; three brothers, Randolph Williams of Yemassee, Earnest Major and Sam Major, both of Sheldon; and three sisters, Carmel Brown of Yemassee, and Lou Ann Brown and Connie Williams, both of Walterboro. *********************************************************************** NOTICE: Printing the files within by non-commercial individuals and libraries is encouraged, as long as all notices and submitter information is included.
