Ann Elizabeth Hall Blackburn, 64, of North Charleston, died Sunday in 
a Charleston Hospital. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 P.M., Thursday in Carolina 
Memorial Gardens, directed by Carolina Memorial Funeral Home. Born in Bristol, Virginia, 
she was the daughter of John H. Hall and Billie Jo Raines Hall. Mrs. Blackburn was served by 
the Outreach of First Baptist Church of Mt. Pleasant. Survivors include a daughter, Shoshana 
Ruiz of North Charleston; brothers, Stewart Hall of Ladson and Bud Hall of North Charleston; 
her father of Ladson; three-grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Arrangements by CAROLINA
MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 7113 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston, SC.
