AUGUSTA, GA. - Mr. John J. Worsham, Jr., 76, beloved husband of Mrs. 
Jeanette P. Worsham, died Sunday, June 17, 2001, at St. Joseph Hospital
. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m., on Tuesday, June 19, 2001, 
at Platt's Belair Road Chapel. Burial will follow in Westover Memorial 
Park. Additional survivors include several nieces and nephews. A native
of Charleston, S.C., Mr. Worsham retired from Dupont in 1982 as a 
Scientific Programmer. He was a 1950 graduate of the Citadel and a 
member of the Savannah Area Citadel Club, the Citadel Alumni 
Association and Westlake Country Club. Mr. Worsham was a member of 
First Baptist Church of Augusta and Men's Crusade Sunday School Class. 
He served with the Army Air Corps during W.W.II. If so desired, 
memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Augusta Building Fund,
3500 Walton Way, Augusta, Ga. 30909, or St. Joseph Hospice, 2260
