Barbara A. Wood, 65, of North Charleston, wife of David Lee Wood, died 
Tuesday in a North Charleston hospital Service and entombment will be 
private.   Friends may call James A. Dyal Funeral Home, Summerville, 
form 6 until 8 o'clock this evening.  Born on March 14, 1936, in 
Piedmont, SC, a daughter of the late Roy E. Ayers and Clara Faye McHugh
Ayers.  She was a graduate of Piedmont High School in Piedmont, SC.  
She was a homemaker.  She was a member of Dorchester Presbyterian 
Church, Summerville.  Surviving are, husband David Lee Wood of North 
Charleston; daughter, Mary Ann Baybo of Summerville; grandson, Andrew 
Baybo of Summerville; granddaughter, Angelina Baybo of Summerville; 
three sisters, Roy Francis Webb of Greenville, Helon Ayers of Piedmont,
Ann Merritt  of Easley.  Arrangements by James A. Dyal Funeral Homes,
