Born in Oconee County, she was daughter of Milton Williams of Canton, North Carolina and Mattie Scott Williams of the home. She was a member of New Harmony United Methodist Church. Survivors include two sons, Scott Christopher Williams and Devone Wayne Williams, both of the home three sisters, Avery W. Watt of New Haven, Connecticut, Jullana W. Wilks and Lisa W. Lynn both of Seneca; three brothers Frank Lewis of Seneca, Milton Scott Williams and Bryan C. Williams both of the home. Funeral services were held Saturday at the New Harmony Methodist Church, conducted by the Reverend Calvin Washington.
