RICHBURG – The funeral for Mrs. Elise (Campbell) Turbeville of 3889 
Great Falls Highway, Richburg, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at 
the graveside in Lando Cemetery with Dr. Richard Harrison officiating.
Mrs. Turbeville, 75, died Friday, June 8, 2001, at Palemetto Baptist 
Medical Center in Columbia. Born in Union County on June 6, 1926, she 
was the daughter of the late Iva Beatrice Dove Campbell Gaston and the 
widow of Joseph Leroy Turbeville. She attended the schools of Union and
Chester Counties. Survivors are one daughter, Beth Ellen Boswell of 
Edgemoor; and one brother, Lt. Col. retired H.T. Campbell of Hawaii.
