Peters. A graduate of Southport High School, he attended Spartanburg Methodist College. During his Air Force career, he was a procurement specialist. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Brenda Howard Peters, his daughter, Ann Peters of Mt. Pleasant, two sisters, Dianne Tolfree of Detroit and Dolores Roberts of Valdosta, Ga.
