Funeral services and burial will be private according to Carolina Memorial Funeral Home. Born in Walterboro, he was the son of Daniel Utsey Risher and Bertha Grayson Risher. Mr. Risher was career military having served in the U.S. Army. He was Episcopalian. Survivors include a sister, Trilby R. Meister of Charleston; a brother, Daniel Utsey Risher, Jr., of Charleston; three nephews and a neice. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
