Services will be at 6:30 p.m. tonight in Peeples-Rhoden Funeral Home, Hampton. The family will receive friends afterward, Burial will be later in Miller Cemetery, Cranesville, W.Va. Mr. Nine was born Aug. 2, 1952, in Preston County, W.Va., a son of Iris Nine Lucabaugh and Earl Nine. He was a carpenter with the Johnny Freeman Construction Co. and was a U.S. Army vetran of the Vietnam War.
