A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Our Lady of Lake Catholic Church. Burial will be private. Mr. Mustard was born in Charleston, a son of Allan Calvitte and Anna Legare Wolfe Mustard. He was a senior vice-president with SCE&G and member emeritus of the SCANA board. A 1935 graduate of Clemson University, he was a recipient of the Order of the Palmetto; a charter member of the St. Andrews Society of Columbia and member in Charleston; former chairman of the S.C. Commission for the Blind; charter member of the Palmetto Club; past president of the Rotary Club of Beaufort and member of the Rotary Club of Columbia; past member of the Beaufort County Board of Education; member of the Board of Directors of Towne Theater in Columbia and a member of Trinity Episcopal Cathedral. Survivors include his wife, janet Parrish Mustard; three sons, Allan C. Mustard Jr. of Ft. Smith, Ark., William B. Mustard of Chapin and Charles S. Mustard of Irmo; two stepson, Jeffrey Parrish of Chapin and Daniel C. Parrish of Irmo; a stepdaughter , Lisa Parrish of Vermont; two sisters, Anna Hinson of Gainesville, Fla. and Jean Weldon of Columbia; several grandchildren and great-granchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church or Family Life Center. Dunbar Funeral Home, Dutch Fork Chapel, is in charge.
