He was born Saturday, November 20, 1915, in Ridgewood, N.J., the son of William J. and Elizabeth Hangan Morgan. Mr. Morgan was a retired physicist with Sperry Rand Corp. He was an Austin-Healy enthusiast and an avid and accomplished sports car racer. Mr. Morgan is survived by his sister, Mary-Claire Morgan of Charleston, S.C.; two brothers, Richard Morgan of Louisville, Ky., and John Morgan of Charleston, S.C. A memorial service for Mr. Morgan will be announced at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made in his name to the SPCA Animal Shelter, 3861 Leeds Ave., North Charleston.
