The funeral will be at 11 a.m., Monday, in the St. Stephen United Methodist Church. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Cemetery. Friends may call at the ST. STEPHEN CHAPEL OF DIAL- MURRAY FUNERAL HOME, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., Sunday, June 17, 2001. Mrs. Mitchum was born June 20, 1937, in Moncks Corner, S.C., a daughter of Henry Jackson, Sr., and Daisy Carr Jackson Stewart. She was a member of the St. Stephen United Methodist Church. She was a member of the Daughters of the Nile. She was a graduate of St. Stephen High School. She was predeceased by a sister, Nita Browder and a brother, John Stewart. Surviving are, her husband, O'Neal Mitchum; her mother of Mt. Pleasant; two daughters, Tammy M. Shealy of St. Stephen and Lana M. Beck of Summerville; two sisters, Ethel Roberts of Aiken and Elma Gregory of Mt. Pleasant; one brother, Henry C. Jackson, Jr., of Moncks Corner; and two grandchildren, Jamie Shealy and Olivia Beck.
