Mabel Marie Humphrey Clark
Mabel Marie Humphrey Clark, 94, widow of Clarence Clark, died Monday, 
June 11, 2001, in Beaufort Memorial Hospital. The family will receive 
friends at her St. Helena Island residence after 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Mrs. Clark was born March 28, 1907, in Mokane, Mo., a daughter of 
Thomas Humphrey and Emma Grindstaff. She was a homemaker and a member 
of Eastern Star in Missouri. She was preceded in death by a son, Salem 
Thomas Clark. Surviving are a daughter-in-law, Wilma Clark of St. 
Helena Island; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. 
Anderson Funeral Home, Beaufort, is in charge.
