Joseph Edward Cravotta, 89, of Summerville, husband of Lillian Paz Cravotta, died Tuesday at his 
residence. A Memorial Service will be held Friday, June 8, 2001, at 9 o'clock in St. John the 
Beloved Catholic Church, Summerville. Burial will be private. Born on April 10, 1912, in 
Greensburg, Pa., a son of the late Ignazio Cravotta and Mary Campo Cravotta. He was a graduate 
of Greensburg High School in Pennsylvania and Indiana University. He majored in music. He was a 
retired sales manager for Zink Pipe and Bending Corporation in Baltimore, Md. He was a member of 
St. John the Beloved Catholic Church. Surviving are, wife, Lillian Paz Cravotta of Summerville, 
S.C.; two daughters, Mary M. Haas of Altoona, Pa., Vicki Ann Hofe of Lincoln, Neb.; one son, 
Eugene Cravotta of Warren, Ohio; niece, Jane Keough of Greensburg, Pa.; six grandchildren and 
three great grandchildren. Arrangements by TRI-COUNTY CREMATION CENTER, SUMMERVILLE, S.C.  (The
