The funeral will be at 11 a.m., Tuesday, in the ST. STEPHEN CHAPEL OF DIAL-MURRAY FUNERAL HOME. Interment will be in the St. Stephen Baptist Cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., Monday, June 11, 2001. Mr. Christiansen was born May 15, 1951, in Troy, N.Y., a son of Clarence Christiansen and Helen Smyth Christiansen. He was preceded in death by a son, John Christiansen, II. Surviving are, his wife, Donnette Willey Christiansen; two daughters, Kristina Marie Moody of Macedonia and Jenny Lynn Ives of St. Stephen; an adopted son, Cletus Parsons of Chesapeake Bay, Va.; four sisters, Nancy Husen of St. Stephen, Jean Christiansen of Ansonia, Conn., Lillie Christiansen of Cropsyville, N.Y., and Catherine McLaren of Troy, N.Y.; five brothers, Edward Christiansen, Doug Christiansen, Sonny Christiansen, and William Christiansen, all of Troy, N.Y., and Donald Christiansen of Franklin, Tenn.; and six grandchildren.
