The body will repose in the church beginning at 9:30 a.m. today in the church. Services will be at 11 a.m. today in First African Missionary Baptist Church, 23 Montgomery St., Savannah with burial in Hillcrest Abbey East Cemetery. Mrs. Green was a born in Early Branch, a daughter of Henrietta Mitchell. She had lived in Savannah for 40 years. She was amember of First African Baptist Church where she served on the Usher Board. She was retired from St. Joseph's/Candler Health System after 25 years as a nurse. Surviving in addition to her mother of Yemassee are a daughter, Wanda Kay McGill of Savannah; a son, Joseph Bernard Green of Savannah; and five grandchildren.
