Green, 65, of Moncks Corner, S.C., auto salesman of Centry Buick, Charleston, S.C., and husband of Mrs. Dorothy Wheeler-Green, died Friday, June 15, 2001, at a Charleston hospital. The funeral will be held on Tuesday, June 19, 2001, at 12 noon at Nazareth R.E. Church, Moncks Corner, S.C. Remains will repose at Nazareth R.E. Church, Monday evening from 6 to 9 p.m. Family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Burial directed by SCOTT'S MORTUARY will be in Old Nazareth Cemetery, Pinopolis, S.C. Mr. Green was born on February 13, 1936, to the late Mr. Harvey Green and Mrs. Hattie Perry in Berkeley County, S.C. Survivors include, his wife, Mrs. Dorothy Wheeler-Green of Moncks Corner, S.C.; his children, Mrs. Shelia W. Nelson, Mr. Lorenza Wheeler, Mr. Michael Wheeler, Ms. Yolanda Wheeler, all of Moncks Corner, S.C.; Mr. J. Renard Green of Columbia, S.C., and Mrs. Bonita G. Bennett of Summerville, S.C.; his brother and sister, Mr. Edgar H. Green of Ridgeville, S.C., and Mrs. Dora T. Green-Duggins of Brooklyn, N.Y.; other relatives and friends.
