Annie Shephard Frazier
Annie "Doll" Shephard Frazier, 90, of Beaufort died Sunday, June 10, 
2001, at the Bayview Nursing Center. Services will be at noon Friday 
in the Helen Chisholm-Galloway Memorial Chapel with burial in the 
Sixteen Gates Cemetery in Beaufort. Mrs. Frazier was born June 15, 
1910, on Lady's Island and was a daughter of Jerry Shephard and Hager 
Bobian Shephard. She was educated in Beaufort County public school, 
raised on Lady's Island and lived in Pennsylvania for more than 40 
years. She was a member of Lady's Island Baptist Church and later, 
Friendship Baptist Church in Pennsylvania. She was a domestic engineer 
before retirement. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby 
Frazier and a son, Benjamin Shephard. Survivors include a grandniece 
Norma Coleman Smalls of St. Helena Island.
