Jean Lentz E. Jean Lentz, 64, of Lake City, died Friday, June 8, 2001, at her residence. Services and burial will be private. Mrs. Lentz was born March 26, 1937, in Trafford, Pa., a daughter of Homer H. and Gloria D. Hanft Karr. She graduated from high school in 1955. She received her Bachelor of Science degree at Carnegie Tech (Carnegie Mellon University) in 1958. She attended dance school in Pittsburgh and later became a ballet dancer. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Pitcaim. She married Air Force Maj. Richard A. Lentz on June 7, 1958. She was a homemaker. She lived in various locations because of her husband's military career. She moved to Lake City recently after she fell ill. Surviving are two daughters, Terri J. Fowler of Lake City and Tanya J. Garrison of Beaufort; four sons, Richard A. Lentz of Richmond, Va., Raymond A. Lentz of Beaufort, Ryan A. Lentz and Regen A. Lentz of Pittsburgh; and nine grandchildren. Jaworowicz-Edder Funeral Home, Girard, Pa., is in charge.
