Funeral service will be held Tuesday, June 19, 2001, at 10 o'clock in James A. Dyal Funeral Home Chapel, Summerville. Interment will be in Ridge Baptist Church, Summerville. Friends may call at James A. Dyal Funeral Home from 6 until 8 o'clock this Monday evening. Born on January 24, 1945, in Dorchester County, S.C., a daughter of the late Virgil A. Driggers, Sr., and Maggie Clark Driggers . She graduated from Berkeley High School. She was an assembler with Williams Technology. She was Baptist. Surviving are, loving companion, Raymond Austin of Ridgeville; son, Allen Lee Driggers of Ridgeville; two brothers, Artley Driggers of Bowman, Virgil "Dickie" Driggers of Bowman; two sisters, Bertha Hansen of Moncks Corner, Connie Kirk of Moncks Corner; grandson, David Allen Driggers of Beaufort; granddaughter, Allison Chubb of Texas; nephews, Butch, Donnie, Travis, David and Steven; nieces, Connie-Ann, Susan, Diane, Kathy, Nancy, Tarni and Nicki; several great nieces and nephews and several great-great nieces and nephews.
