Morris and Harold A. Doyle, died Tuesday, May 29, 2001, at a local hospital. Mrs. Doyle was born, Sunday, November 13, 1910, in Worchester, Mass., the daughter of Carl and Francesca Larkner Steiner. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Holden, Mass., and a member of the church's Women's Auxiliary for 46 years. She was twice elected Worthy Matron of the Order of the Eastern Star, Wachusett Chapter. Mrs. Doyle loved music, gardening, and birds. She loved to cook and could often be found in her church kitchen preparing meals for the elderly. Surviving are a daughter, Joan M. Sooy of James Island; a granddaughter, Lisa M. Sooy of James Island and a grandson, Devin Sooy of Mt. Pleasant. The relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral services at the graviside, Holy Cross Cemetery, James Island, at a time and date to be announced. Arrangements by JAMES A.
