Decker, 81, of Charleston died Sunday, June 1oth at a local hospital. Born in Colleton County to the late Willie and Lettie Breland Brabham. She was the beloved wife for 60 years to Humbert Decker. She was a graduate of Smoaks High School and a member of James Island Baptist Church. A son William Ray Decker predeceased her. Survived by her husband of the home, two sons, Paul E. Decker, and James R. Decker both of Charleston, a brother, Billy Brabham of Hanahan , and a sister, Ruth Loveday of Charleston. Also survived by four grandchildren. The family will receive friends Tuesday, June 12th from 6-8 p.m. at McAlister-Smith Funeral Home, Downtown Chapel. Funeral Services will be Wednesday, June 13th at 11 am at the funeral home chapel.
