2001, Carole Ann Michelson Buchanan, wife of Richard M. ``Buck'' 
Buchanan. Residence: Charleston, SC. The relatives and friends of Mr. 
and Mrs. Richard Buchanan are invited to attend the funeral services 
of the latter in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, Friday 
morning, June 15, 2001 at Ten O'Clock. Interment will be in Hope 
Cemetery, Saint Paul, Kansas Monday at Teno'Clock. Friends may call at 
J. HENRY STUHR, INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, Thursday evening from Six 
until EightO'Clock. Mrs. Buchanan was born in New Martinsville, West 
VA., the daughter of Irvin Michelson, and Ida Michelson. She was a 
bookkeeper/secretary for Commercial data Systems. She was a member of 
Grace United Methodist Church. Surviving are her husband, Richard 
``Buck'' Buchanan of Charleston, SC., her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Irvin 
Michelson of Aberdeen, MD., two daughters,Debra Hurst of Rockhill, SC.,
and Karen Walls of Blue Springs, MO., one brother, Michael Michelson 
of Anniston, AL., five grandchildren, Brian, Jimmy and Allison Hurst, 
Ashley and Brandon Walls. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be 
made to the American Cancer Society, Charleston County Unit, 267 
Calhoun Street, Charleston, SC 29401. (The Post and Couier June 13,
