A daughter of the late Robert A. Jordan, Sr. and Josephine G. Jordan, she was the widow of George S. Bailey. Mrs. Bailey was born in Charleston, SC. She was a retired employee of County of Charleston and had formerly worked at the Post Courier. She was a graduate of N. Charleston High School. Survivors include two sons, Stephen J. Bailey of Boston, Mass and his wife BeatriceBailey, Michael S. Bailey of Mt. Pleasant and his wife Elizabeth Bailey, Grandchildren Jordan Bailey, Ariel Bernier, Mona Lee Bailey of Boston, Ashley and Courtney Druelle of Mt. Pleasant, one sister June J. Adams of S.
