BAENA, Robert Entered into eternal rest on the evening of June 23, 
2001, Robert A. Baena, husband of Viki Vida Beana. Residence, Johns 
Island, S.C. All services will be private. Arrangements by J. HENRY 
STUHR, INC., DOWNTOWN CHAPEL. Interment private. Mr. Baena was born in 
New York, N.Y., the son of Jacques Baena and Louisa Jaffe Beana. He was
a retired interior designer with Baena Decorators, New York City. He 
attended New York University and graduated from New School of Design, 
a member of the National Institute of Interior Design, a prominent 
businessman in New York City for over 50 years with three showrooms in 
the NYC area. Survivors include his wife of Seabrook and Kiawah Islands
, two daughters, Jan Allison Stack and Christine Lizbeth Waterman of 
Montecito, Calif., and one son, Jeffrey Emerich Baena of Berwin, Pa., 
and ten grandchildren. (The Post and Courier June 25, 2001)
