Survivors include, his grandmother, Mrs. Virginia Smalls of Huger, S.C.; his brothers and sister, Mr. Willie Williams of N. Charleston, S.C., Mr. Louis Williams of Summerville, S.C., Mr. Barry J. Williams of Charleston, S.C., and Ms. Jannie Ruth Williams of Jersey City, N.J.
