Graveside service will be held Friday, July 27, 2001, at 3 o'clock in Dorchester Cemetery, Dorchester, S.C. Friends may call at James A. Dyal Funeral Home this evening from 6 until 8 o'clock. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cherokee Place United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 70396, North Charleston, S.C. 29415-0396. Born January 28, 1919, in Dorchester County, a daughter of the late John Marion Clayton and Annie Lee Nelson Clayton. She was a graduate of St. George High School, St. George. She was a member of Hairdo Chapter #161 Order of the Eastern Star, Harleyville. She was a member of Cherokee Place United Methodist Church, North Charleston. She was a homemaker. Surviving are, daughter and son-in-law, Nathalie and Ron Hahs of Goose Creek; sister, Mattie Moorer of North Charleston; granddaughter and husband, Anna Marie and Michael Moody of Summerville.
