Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, at the chapel of the Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Home, with Rev. Tom McKunkin officiating. Interment will follow in Peniel Baptist Church Cemetery. Miss Walling was born in Colleton County, a daughter of the late Charlie Franklin Walling and Mittie Herndon Walling. She was a retired employee with Westinghouse in Hampton and was a member of Peniel Baptist Church, where she was a former Sunday school teacher. Surviving are several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the BRICE W. HERNDON AND SONS FUNERAL HOME, from 6 until 8 p.m., Tuesday.
