(D.K.) Roberts, 82, of Lafollette, Tenn., and formerly of Summerville, died Tuesday, July 10, 2001, in a Tennessee hospital. Funeral services will be held at Parks Funeral Home Chapel, Saturday morning, July 14, 2001, at 10 o'clock. Burial will be in Summerville Cemetery. Friends may call at PARKS FUNERAL HOME, SUMMERVILLE, S.C., Friday evening, from 6 to 9 o'clock. Mr. Roberts was born on June 25, 1919, in Briceville, Tenn., a son of the late Robert W. Roberts and Mary Jane Harness Roberts. He was a retired supervisor for Fapco Aluminum. He was an U.S. Army veteran of World War II. Survivors include his wife, Ruth Dagney Roberts, of Lafollette, Tenn.; daughter, Joy Bohannan, of Summerville; two sons, Mark Roberts and Jerry Moore, both of Summerville; brother, Furden Roberts, of Summerville; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
