CADES - Payten Elizabeth Porter, infant daughter of Betsy Porter, died 
Tuesday, July 24, 2001, in a Florence hospital. Survivors include, her 
mother, Betsy Porter of Cades; maternal grandparents, James and Debbi 
Porter of Cades; great-grandmother, Mable Porter of Lake City; 
great-grandparents, H. B. and Marie Sauls of Kingstree; two aunts, 
Amanda Porter of Cades and Leslie P. Cyr of Carolina Beach, N.C.; and 
one cousin, Jamie Porter of New Jersey. Graveside funeral service will 
be at 2 p.m., Friday, July 27, 2001, in the Kingstree Second Baptist 
Church Cemetery, Kingstree, S.C. The family will have visitation from 
7 to 9 p.m., Thursday evening, in the funeral home. BROCKINGTON FUNERAL
HOME, LAKE CITY, is in charge (The Post and Courier July 26, 2001)
