Born July 24, 1939 in Charleston, she was the daughter of the late Hubert and Alma (nee Brabham) Parker and was also preceded in death by her brother H. Wayne Parker. A former resident of Columbia, she was employed by Finch Hamilton & Company. Ms. Parker was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church, James Island. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Kelly and Gerard Fenzel and granddaughter, Lindsay Erin Huntington, all of North Canton, OH. Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m., Tuesday (TODAY) July 31, 2001 at Carolina Memorial Gardens, 7113 Rivers Avenue.
