Roberta "Bobbie" O'Connor. Residence formerly of North Charleston,

O'CONNOR, Nellie
The relatives and friends of Nellie Roberta "Bobbie" Burgess O'Connor 
are invited to attend her funeral services in Yeamans Park Presbyterian
Church, Friday morning, July 20, 2001, at 11 o'clock. Interment will 
be in Steep Bottom Baptist Churchyard, Estill, S.C., at 3 o'clock. Mrs.
O'Connor was born in Belton, S.C., on October 3, 1933, the daughter of 
Nathan Alexander Burgess and Annie Mae Rhodes Burgess. She was a 
graduate of Estill High School, Estill, S.C. She was a Manager with 
Stockade Storage Company and attended First Free Will Baptist Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Helen O'Connor Knight of Hanahan, S.C., 
Debra O'Connor Traw, of Virginia; two sons, Michael A. O'Connor of 
Goose Creek, S.C., and Anthony R. O'Connor of Seabrook, Texas; one 
brother, Nathan Millard Burgess of Osseo, Minn.; one sister, Nancy Jo 
Whittman of Santee, S.C., and eight grandchildren. Memorials may be 
made to the American Diabetes Association, 2724 Wade Hampton Blvd., 
Suite-E, Greenville, S.C. 29615. (The Post and Courier July 18, 2001)
