Noe, widower of Mary Hester Noe. Residence, North Charleston, South Carolina. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his graveside funeral services in Woodlawn Memorial Park, Greenville, SC, Friday, June 1, 2001 at eleven o'clock. Friends may call at J. HENRY STUHR, INC., NORTH AREA CHAPEL, 2119 Dorchester Road this Wednesday evening from six until eight o'clock. Born July 29, 1924 in Greenville, South Carolina, Mr. Noe was the son of the late H.B. Noe and Grace Jones Noe. He was a member of Dorchester Waylyn Baptist Church and a veteran of the US Army Air Corps during World War II. Mr. Noe was retired Civilian Personal Director at the Charleston AFB and also worked at the Mills House Hotel in Charleston. He graduated from Greenville High School and attended Wofford College and was member of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite, the American Legion, Post #179 and the Mariner No.2 formerly Strict Observance NO.73. Surviving Mr. Noe are a son, James Bradley Noe of St. Augustine, Florida; a daughter, Debra N. Dangerfield of North Charleston and a granddaughter, Ashley Leigh Dangerfield of North Charleston. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of Charleston, 3896 Leeds Avenue, N. Charleston, SC 29405.
