Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, in the chapel of BRICE W. HERNDON AND SONS FUNERAL HOME. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Cemetery. Mrs. Mixon was born in Colleton County and was a daughter of Benjamin and Leila Bazzle Robertson. She was a member of Sandy Dam United Methodist Church. She was the widow of Eric Mixon. Surviving are, a son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Deborah Mixon of Round O; two daughters and sons-in-law, Sarah M. and Guy Tanner of St. Matthews and Linda M. and Keith Vaught of Galivant's Ferry; four grandchildren, Al Vaught, Joey Vaught, Shelby Mixon and Josh Mixon. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m., Monday evening at the funeral home. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Sandy Dam United Methodist Church, 3422 Charleston Highway, Walterboro, S.C. 29488, or to Alzheimer's Association, Lowcountry Chapter, P.O. Box 1800, Charleston, S.C. 29402.
